Have a pre-existing contract with a property and need to load it to sell rooms? Here's how!
NOTE: Only use this feature if you have an agreement with an existing hotel and are ready to add the inventory to EventPipe. If you do not have an agreement, you will want to create and RFP and use that workflow.
STEP ONE: Locate your event and select "Add Hotels"
STEP TWO: You will see a list of hotels that are within a 20-mile radius of the event's primary venue (Use the filter button to refine your options by distance, hotel brand, and amenities)
STEP THREE: Select 1 or multiple hotels to add (you can add hotels to an event as many times as you'd like).
STEP FOUR: After you have selected your hotel(s), click on Add Hotel(s) to add them to your Hotel list.
