Does my admin have the right permission level to book rooms?

Yes! Admins are set at the event manager permission level which will allow them access to this tool. 

Can I book rooms past cut-off? 

Yes! Similar to the general booking site, a module will appear alerting you it is past cut-off and you need permission from the hotel. It will still allow you to book once you hit Ok. 

If I require a credit card, will anything be charged?

No - nothing is charged through this booking site. 

What hotels appear on the comp booking site?

Any hotel that has inventory added to the comp portion of the event hotel will appear on this hotel list. 

Can I add a credit card at a later time if I originally book the comp without one? 

Yes! You will add this information as you would if you were updating guest information for any other reservation, but you will need to add billing information, as well. 

Can I add multiple email addresses to send confirmations to?  

Yes! This functions just as it would for the general booking site and standard reservations. 

Is this for comp blocks only or comp blocks and private blocks? 

Currently, this tool is for complimentary rooms only. Private room bookings can be booked via the "Book Private Room" option on the event overflow menu.
