How do I copy an existing event?

 

To use, simply find the event in the Event List and click Copy from the overflow menu on the far right.


You can then enter in the new event dates and the system will copy the rest of the event details, including Custom Fields.  You also have the option to opt in or out of copying the event’s associated RFPs, Venues, and Booking Site Customizations.



You can copy any event in the system or set up a template event to quickly create similar events. Just copy the template, and you're ready to go—it's that simple!
