General RFP Facts

Here are some general rules about our RFP Tool!

  • Does the title of my RFP matter? Does it appear to hotels or is it for internal tracking only?

The title of your RFP will only appear to you under the "RFPs" event tab.

  • Is there a way to export an overview of all the bids for a given RFP?

    Yes! The "Download Comparison" report is just that. Find out how to pull that by clicking here!

PRO TIP: This can also be sorted by brand if you need to give your NSO contact an update.

  • Do hotels have to an EventPipe account to respond to RFPs?

No! With our latest release, guests can fill out the RFP. NSOs and hotel contacts can forward the link they receive so guest users can fill out the bid. The HoCo contact WILL have to approve the guest's information before accepting the bid. Check out our guided tour an how to do that here!

  • Can I include multiple contacts from a NSO when sourcing?

Yes! You can select as many NSO contacts as you would like.

  • My hotel is having trouble submitting. What tips do you have for troubleshooting?
