Can I fill out an RFP on behalf of a hotel user if they do not want to fill it out?

Introducing HoCo Proposal Submission:
During the contracting workflow, your team will now be able to fill out and submit a proposal on behalf of your hotel partners. To kick off this workflow, you will need to follow the same traditional steps of creating an RFP and adding recipients. From the recipients tab, when you select the overflow menu next to a hotel contact you are working with, you will see a new option, Create Proposal. This option will be available for RFPs in the Not Sent, Sent, and Opened statuses, providing you the flexibility to manage this process in a variety of circumstances. 



Once you’ve selected the Create Proposal option, you will be brought to the Proposal Details tab where you will be able to fill out the proposal on behalf of the hotel. 



All of the fields and information that are available on the hotel user portal for creating a proposal will be present for you as well. In addition to this, the Additional Fields section is available to your team to streamline the workflow, as these are normally required to be filled out as the next step after the proposal is received.  



Once a proposal has been created in this manner, an activity log entry will be recorded as “Proposal created by admin.” and the screen will refresh to show you the now submitted proposal. From this point forward, the workflow is the same as if the proposal was submitted by the hotel, you are able to edit/accept the proposal and then progress it into the contracted state.
