How do I add an NSO?

  1. Click on the users tab in the navigational panel.
  2. Click the blue button labeled “add new user”.
  3. Enter the required information for this user (first/last name, job title, email address, and phone number).
  4. For “role”, select “NSO”.
  5. Click the dropdown under “parent brand” and select the hotel brand this NSO represents.
  6. Click "save user".

*If the system throws a message stating this email is already use, reach out to support at so we can add this user as an NSO for your company as well.
