How do I add an NSO?
- Click on the users tab in the navigational panel.
- Click the blue button labeled “add new user”.
- Enter the required information for this user (first/last name, job title, email address, and phone number).
- For “role”, select “NSO”.
- Click the dropdown under “parent brand” and select the hotel brand this NSO represents.
- Click "save user".
*If the system throws a message stating this email is already use, reach out to support at so we can add this user as an NSO for your company as well.
