How do I send account setup invitation email?

From the "Users" list, locate the user you'd like to send the account setup email invitation to.

Select "Send Email" from the menu dropdown.
The "Status" will update to "Invitation Sent"
The user will receive an email with instructions on how to activate their account.
Follow the same steps to re-send the invitation email to the user.
