I need help while navigating within the application. What do I do?
Follow the below steps to submit a support request
Select the "Support" tab located on the right side of the application.
- Add your first and last name
- Add your email address
- This is important! This is how you will receive updates on your request.
- Select "Request Category from the 1st dropdown menu
- Fill out required fields (anything with a red asterick)
- Add a subject line
- Click "Send your request."
You have the option to take a screenshot, add a video or attach a file.
