How do I submit a support ticket?

I need help while navigating within the application. What do I do?

Follow the below steps to submit a support request

 

Select the "Supporttab located on the right side of the application.
  • Add your first and last name
  • Add your email address
    • This is important! This is how you will receive updates on your request. 
  • Select "Request Category from the 1st dropdown menu
  • Fill out required fields (anything with a red asterick)
  • Add a subject line
  • Click "Send your request."
