Is there a Master Bill feature?
Going forward, you will be able to modify the master bill status at the group block level even if reservations already exist in the group block. Doing so will cascade the change of master bill status to all reservations in the group block.
Setting impacts:
- If this setting is selected, all reservations within the group block will be set with the master bill status turned on.
- Any reservation that has already paid a charge will not have that amount refunded when it is set to a master bill status.
- Any reservation with a deposit due in the future to be charged by the system automatically will no longer be charged that deposit.
- Any future reservations made in the group block will have the master bill status.
- If this setting is deselected, all reservations within the group block will have the master bill status turned off.
- Reservations that owe payment, but were previously exempt because they had a master bill status, will not be automatically charged. If these reservations are edited and saved, even if no changes are made, any payment owed will be charged.
- Reservations that were previously exempt from future deposits will now be scheduled to pay those deposits on the due date. Deposits due in the past will not be charged automatically, but will be if the reservation is edited and saved (even if no change is made).
- Any future reservations made in the group block will not have the master bill status.
