To improve visibility into key edge cases in pickup report reconciliation and invoicing, we’ve introduced a Notes Section to the Pickup Report. This feature ensures that important notes—previously tied to event hotels—are surfaced at the critical moment when financial reconciliation takes place.
Where do I find the Notes associated with a Pickup report?
- Pickup Report Notes Section: A dedicated section in the pickup report that consolidates relevant notes.
- Event Hotel-Level Note Tagging: Users can designate notes as related to pickup reports at the event hotel level.
- Automated Note Transferring: When the pickup report is generated, designated notes will be transferred from the event hotel and attached to the pickup report. The pickup report will now include all relevant notes, ensuring accounting teams have the necessary context during reconciliation and invoicing.
