What Is Teams Management?

A new, innovative way to support and enforce housing requirements or stay to play policies. 

With this tool, EventPipe plans to solve three particular issues:

  1. Inefficient housing requirement enforcement processes that rely on multiple spreadsheets and excessive staff hours
  2. Teams or groups holding more rooms than they need, reducing availability for others — an issue known as BLOCKFLATION at EventPipe
  3. Limited communication to teams about their status or the need for time-consuming internal processes to update teams on their housing requirement

Teams Management will:

  1. Enable efficient compliance with stay-to-play or housing requirements, eliminating the need for multiple spreadsheets and reducing time spent.
  2. Provide a solution to manage BLOCKFLATION by automating room block restrictions as needed.
  3. Offer a streamlined starting point for communicating with teams or organizations regarding their housing requirement status for events.

What will look different in my account once enabled?


Once Teams Management is enabled for your account, a Compliance tab will appear on the left navigation panel, as well as a Registration tab within your event.
