How do I update contact on an associated RFP or contract?

 

From the overflow menu of the contracting workflow page, a new option will appear called “Update Contact”. This option will appear as long as the status is not “Declined” or “Not Sent”. 



When selecting this option, a modal will appear that enables you to enter the email address of the hotel user you’d like to associate this workflow with. You can enter the email address of any hotel users already associated with the property being negotiated with. 


By updating the contracting contact, the following will happen:

  • An activity log message will be recorded outlining who made the update, who the previous contact was, and who the updated contact is. 
  • The previous contact will lose access to the contracting workflow in their EventPipe portal. 
  • The updated contact will gain access to the contracting workflow in their EventPipe portal. 
  • An email will be sent to the hotel user who is the new updated contact.
