How do I receive a PipeSights log-in?
Each EventPipe customer will receive one log-in to PipeSights. Your designated Customer Success representative can set you up with a log in if they haven't reached out to you already!
What will my PipeSights dashboard include?

- This feature enables you to monitor the status of all hotels and their progress in confirming reservations made through your EventPipe booking portal.

- This feature enables you to keep track of newly created group blocks across all events in your Company account. Additionally, you can configure email notifications to alert the relevant team members responsible for monitoring group blocks and compliance.

- Recently Submitted Proposals From Hotels
- Would you like to be notified via email every time a proposal is submitted? This widget provides a comprehensive view of all recently submitted bids according to your chosen filters. You can easily configure daily email notifications to keep you updated on all bids that are currently in Proposal status.

- Upcoming Cutoff Dates
- Never miss a hotel cut-off again! This widget allows you to track cutoff dates across your entire company account, enabling you to swiftly navigate to the corresponding hotel in the EventPipe system. Phase One of PipeSights currently does not include custom reporting features. However, Phase Two is on the horizon, bringing exciting enhancements. Can I export the data I view in PipeSights?
Absolutely! Click the Hamburger menu to open up the below dropdown then select Export to export the data out of PipeSights and onto your computer!
