What is the best support channel?

At EventPipe, it is our goal to address each and every support need in a timely manner. With this, it's important your concerns funnel through the proper channels.

All needs should be funneled through support tickets. All support tickets will be addressed within 24-72 business hours.

If you have a more urgent need, you can send an email to support and reference your ticket within the email. 

If there is a direct emergency, this is the time to reach out to your designated Customer Success Specialist via work email or book through their calendar.
