How do I cancel a reservation?
You can cancel your reservation through the guest portal here - https://production-blitz.eventpipe.com/reservations/lookup.
This can also be accessed through your confirmation email by clicking "view or cancel reservation". You will need your reservation ID and the email you used to make the reservation.
Once in the portal, you can easily select the reservation you want to cancel, and click the button labeled "cancel reservation".
How do I modify a reservation?
Reservation changes must go through the support team by calling (866) 235-9325.
Are stays eligible for reward points?
Yes, this can be entered during the checkout process in the field labeled "loyalty member ID".
Where can I find my reservation cancellation policy?
This can be found at the bottom of your confirmation email in the section labeled "cancellation policy".
