How do I make a reservation?

Here's a step by step guide on how to book a reservation on a booking site Powered By EventPipe!

  1. Navigate to the booking site 
  2. Select booking type - Choose "Book Reservation(s)" in the drop down

  3. Select your Check In/Check Out Date
  4. Click the blue View Hotels button 



    You can sort your search results by using the Sort By dropdown. Users can sort by price, distance, and more. Users can also use the filters at the top to narrow down the search results based on their preferences! 

  5. When you have chosen a hotel that has the availability you need, click the blue button labeled "Select Rooms"
  6. Enter the number of rooms needed each night. Please note, you can book up to 10 reservations at a time with one form of payment. If you need to book more than 10 rooms, you will need to do multiple transactions. 
  7. Click the blue Book Selected Rooms button
  8. Enter your guest information. Any required information is marked with an asterisk.
    1. You can also enter any special requests you may have, and a reward number if you are a member with that hotel.
  9. Click the blue button labeled Continue to move on to the payment information.
  10. Enter the required information, marked with an asterisk then click the blue Continue button 
    1. Make sure this is an email address you can access - this is where your reservation confirmation will be sent with important details.
    2. If you want another user to receive a copy of the confirmation, click "Add Additional Email."

  11. Review all reservation policies. Once you have read and understand all policies associated with this reservation, check the box that says
    "By clicking this checkbox, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Reservation Policies and I authorize EventPipe to charge the above credit card $X. I understand that this charge is non-refundable."
  12. Click the blue box labeled Book Now 
  13. You will be redirected to a page that says "Your reservation was successfully booked", and you will receive an email confirmation with your Pipe ID. 
    1. If you are not redirected to this page and you have not received your confirmation email, please contact support.
