Please note when downloading the rooming list, you will have access to secure credit card data. Once the rooming list with your confirmation numbers is uploaded to our system, you will not be able to re-download this rooming list nor have access to the guest's credit card information. You've successfully downloaded the secure rooming list and you are ready to process the reservations in your system and assign them hotel confirmation numbers. Once confirmations are assigned, you have to add these confirmations to your reservations in the portal. There are two ways to do this: 1. **[Manually Entering Reservation Numbers Per EventPipe Reservation](https://learn.eventpipe.com/hotel-partners/how-do-i-add-confirmation-numbers-to-reservations#Manual)** 2. **[Uploading Our Custom Rooming List With Your Hotel Confirmation Numbers](https://learn.eventpipe.com/hotel-partners/how-do-i-add-confirmation-numbers-to-reservations#Upload)** #### MANUAL ENTRY **STEP ONE:** Locate the event hotel --- > Begin by locating the event hotel where you wish to add confirmation numbers to. Once located, click on **View Events** to take you to the current events happening at the selected hotel. **STEP TWO:** View current reservations --- > Once you locate the correct event, click on **View More** to access the current reservations. **STEP THREE:** Entering Confirmation Numbers --- > On this page, you will see all the current reservations for this event booked at your hotel. As of right now, they are marked as Unconfirmed because they do not have a confirmation number from your hotel. To enter them manually, you will need to select **Enter Confirmation Numbers**. **STEP FOUR:** Adding confirmation numbers --- > For each guest, you will be able to enter in confirmation numbers under the Confirmation Number column of the table. Once completed, select **Save**. **STEP FIVE:** Confirming completion --- > You will receive a green bar at the top of your screen indiciating your input was successful. You will see the reservations you have completed have moved to Confimed. #### UPLOAD ENTRY **STEP ONE:** Downloading the rooming list --- > In order to upload confirmation numbers, you will need to download our custom room list. First, select **Download Room List**. NOTE: You will receive a pop up window detailing our policy on POI Compliance that you will need to agree to before downloading. **STEP TWO:** Enter confirmation numbers in the downloaded spreadsheet. --- > Once the spreadsheet has downloaded, you will enter in the confirmation numbers under the **Hotel Conf. Number** row. You do not need to add any other information to this spreadsheet for doing so will effect the success of the upload. Save the new document once all numbers are entered. **STEP THREE:** Adding confirmation numbers --- > Back on the hotel portal, you will need to select **Upload Confirmation Numbers**. **STEP FOUR:** Uploading the room list --- > On this page, you will upload the completed spreadsheet with the hotel confirmation numbers by clicking on **Browse File**. Once selected, click **Process Confirmation Numbers**. **STEP FIVE:** Confirming completion --- > You will receive a green bar at the top of your screen indiciating your input was successful.
