What will I see on the Hotels tab?

The Hotels tab will show you any properties associated with your user account that have a past, current, or future event.

Once you log in, you are immediately directed to the Hotels tab of your hotel portal.

This tab will show you any hotel associated to your account that has a past, current, or future event.

TIP: Your account may be associated with other properties, but if there is no past, current, or future event, the hotel will not show on your Hotels list. 

 

If you click "View Events," you can see the events associated with that property. Please note, the auto-filter is set to show the upcoming year. If you have an event in the future or past, you will need to filter accordingly. 

 

Once you locate an event, you can view pick-up by clicking "View Pickup."

Please note, the "Manage Reservations" button will only appear if you've already been granted rooming list access. If this button does not appear and it is past cut-off, please reach out to the company managing the event which shows on the event card. 

 

After clicking View Pick Up, you can view how the room blocks associated with that event are producing.

Please note, the summaries include public/attendee and comp rooms. There may be additional blocks held aside, not reflected below (e.g. discounted staff). Please continue to hold all contracted inventory until the cutoff date stated above. This is a tool to assist you in monitoring but does not replace the contract.
