How do I create a group block?

If your organization is paying for the entire team on a Master Bill, after holding your block, please reach out to the customer service team so you can receive a rooming list form and credit card authorization form to complete to ensure a seamless check-in.

 

You can view who has booked via the Group Block portal. Navigate to https://app.eventpipe.com/search/auth/new/ and enter your Group Block ID and the email associated with the group block. From this portal, you can view the block, access the private link, monitor how many days are left to book, and see who has reserved rooms in the block.

 

 

How do I add more rooms to a group block?

Reach out to the company you booked through for support. You can find their support information on the booking site under the Customer Service section.

Can I reopen my group block if it has closed?

You cannot reopen it, but, the company managing the event may be able to if there are rooms available. Reach out to them based on the Customer Service information listed on their website.

What if I need an extension?

If you need an extension, reach out to the company managing the housing. They will be able to assist.
